Terms of Service
MotoJitsu App Terms of Service
Effective date: November 4, 2026. Last updated: November 4, 2026.
1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and MOTOJITSU, LLC ("MotoJitsu", "we", "us"), for the MotoJitsu mobile application (the "App") distributed through Google Play. By buying, installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
MotoJitsu is a limited liability company organized in the State of California, United States, and offers the App commercially. For users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, MotoJitsu is the trader responsible for the App under consumer protection law.

Google LLC operates Google Play and processes your payment. Google is not a party to these Terms, but the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your purchase.
2. What the App provides
The App is a motorcycle skills training tool. It contains the drills, diagrams and instructions from the MotoJitsu Master Riding Program Volumes 1 and 2 so you can practice them on your own.
The App is digital content. It is delivered by download from Google Play, works on Android devices that meet the requirements shown on the Google Play listing, and does not require an account unless the App tells you otherwise. We may add, change or remove drills and features over time. We will not remove the core content you paid for without giving you notice and, where the law requires, a remedy.
The App is for personal, non-commercial use. It is not a substitute for a licensed motorcycle training course, and completing drills in the App does not grant any license, certification or endorsement.
3. Price, payment and refunds
The App is a one-time purchase at the price shown on Google Play at the time you buy. Prices include any applicable VAT or sales tax that Google Play is required to collect for your country. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases or advertisements in the App.
Google processes payment under its own terms. Refund requests go through Google Play first. Google's refund policy applies, including its 48-hour refund window for paid apps. If Google declines and you believe you are entitled to a refund under these Terms or the law, email us and we will review your request.
Right of withdrawal (EEA and UK consumers). You normally have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from a contract for digital content without giving a reason. By starting the download of the App you ask us to deliver the digital content immediately and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download has begun. If you do not want to lose that right, do not download the App within the 14 days. To withdraw before downloading, email fasteddiemotojitsu@gmail.com with your name, Google Play order number and a clear statement that you withdraw from the contract.
Faulty content (EEA and UK consumers). If the App is faulty, does not match its description or does not work as a reasonable person would expect, you have the legal right to have it repaired or replaced, or to a price reduction or a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
4. License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these Terms. The App, its drills, text, diagrams, images, video and branding are owned by MotoJitsu or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You buy a license to use the App, not the content itself.
You agree not to:
-
copy, record, screen-capture, redistribute, sell, rent or publicly show the App's content, in whole or in part, except as the App itself allows
-
use the content to run paid training, coaching or courses, or to create a competing product
-
reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App, or remove any copyright notice, except where the law gives you that right
-
use the App in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights
You may share short clips or screenshots on social media to talk about your own training, as long as you credit MotoJitsu and do not reproduce a complete drill set.
5. Your content
The App lets you post your own photos and messages. You keep ownership of what you post. You give MotoJitsu a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display and share that content inside the App, including to other users where the App shows it, and to use it to operate and improve the App. We will not use your content in marketing outside the App without your separate permission. You can delete your posts in the App or by emailing us, and the license ends for deleted content except for copies in routine backups.
You are responsible for what you post. Only post photos you took or have the right to share. Do not post content that shows another person without their consent, that is unlawful, abusive, sexual or dangerous, or that promotes illegal riding. We may remove such content without notice and may end your access under section 8. Other users' posts are their own; we do not endorse them and are not responsible for them.
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. It forms part of these Terms.
6. Riding safety
Motorcycling is dangerous. The App teaches drills, but you decide whether, where and how to ride. You are responsible for your own safety and for the safety of people around you.
Before you practice any drill you agree to:
-
hold a valid motorcycle license or permit and follow all local traffic laws
-
practice only in a safe, legal, closed or low-traffic area suited to the drill
-
wear proper protective gear, including a helmet
-
ride within your skill level and stop if you feel unsafe
-
never use the App, your phone or any screen while the motorcycle is moving
The App does not promise any particular improvement in your riding and is not a guarantee against crashes or injury. If you are unsure whether a drill is right for you, get in-person instruction first.
7. Warranties and limitation of liability
Consumers in the EEA and UK. You have legal guarantees that the App conforms to its description and works properly, and nothing in this section removes or limits those rights or our liability for death, personal injury, fraud or gross negligence.
All other users. The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with every device.
What we are not liable for. To the extent the law allows, MotoJitsu is not liable for any injury, death, property damage, fine or loss that results from riding a motorcycle, from a drill you chose to attempt, or from your failure to follow section 6. We are also not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits.
Cap. Where the law allows a cap, our total liability to you for all claims arising from the App or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the App.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of the above may not apply to you. Where that is the case, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.
8. Termination, updates and changes to these Terms
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your license if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, after giving you notice and a chance to respond where that is practical. Sections 4, 5, 7 and 9 survive termination.
We may release updates to fix bugs, keep the App secure or compatible with Android, or improve it. For EEA and UK consumers we will supply the updates needed to keep the App in conformity for as long as you could reasonably expect given the type of product and the price.
We may change these Terms for good reason, such as a change in law, a new feature or a change in how the App is distributed. We will post the new Terms at the same URL with a new effective date and, for material changes, give notice in the App or on Google Play at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a material change you may end the contract before it takes effect and, if the change removes core content you paid for, ask for a proportionate refund.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you also have the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
If you have a problem, contact us first at fasteddiemotojitsu@gmail.com. Most issues can be solved by email within a few days. If we cannot agree, either of us may take the dispute to a court with jurisdiction. For users outside the EEA and UK, the state and federal courts in San Diego County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, and you may bring an eligible claim in small claims court instead.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Google Play Terms of Service are the whole agreement between you and MotoJitsu about the App.
